Sad news, a group of hawks that constantly hang out on top of our chicken runs must have lured one of the girls to stick her head under the door and they killed her. The wife and I spent a few hours reinforcing the fencing with hardware fencing so they can’t actually stick their heads out to be killed.
We feed a group of ravens so they’ll keep the hawks away but it’s not 100% of the time.
